The following studios and instructors offer salsa dance lessons.  They are all deeply involved in the Boston salsa community, and many of Boston’s regular salsa dancers are one of their students.  Click the studio links below to read their profiles and watch videos of them dancing.

* A note on dance styles (On1 vs On2): Boston has dancers who either dance On1 (LA style), On2 (New York style), or both. We even have a few regular club dancers who dance Cuban style (but they’re so few I can count them all on the fingers of my hand).

Want to check out dance genres other than salsa? Boston also has a wide selection of other genres such as bachata, Brazilian zouk, kizomba, and West Coast Swing! Check out the instructor listings after the salsa instructor listings!

For people interested in bachata performance training, there are a couple of groups that offer this in Boston:

Brazilian Zouk Lessons

Brazilian zouk is a relatively newer dance genre that is growing in popularity around the world.

Kizomba Lessons

Kizomba is a dance that originated from Angola, Africa, and like zouk, it’s also growing in popularity around the world.
